What We're About
Most software problems are not really engineering problems. They are decisions made under pressure — the wrong tool bought, the workflow nobody redesigned, the feature built because it was easy rather than because it mattered. By the time a business comes to us, the technology is usually the symptom.
So we start with the business rather than the brief. We ask what you sell, who buys it, and where the work actually gets stuck — then scope against that. Sometimes the answer is a smaller build than the one you came in asking for. We would rather tell you that in week one than invoice you for it in month four.
What we build is meant to outlast the engagement. Documented, tested, handed over in full, and architected for the version after the one you asked for. You own the code and the infrastructure — nothing about how we work is designed to keep you here.
