UI/UX & Product Design
Design that makes the product obvious to use
Research, interface design, and design systems for websites, apps, and complex software — delivered with the states, edge cases, and specs developers need to build it exactly.
The Problem
What usually
goes wrong
Users drop off and nobody knows where
Without research and analytics, a redesign is guesswork. We find the actual friction before changing anything.
Powerful software nobody can use
Feature-rich tools fail when the interface buries the three actions that matter behind the forty that do not.
Interfaces that drift apart
Screens built at different times stop matching, and every new feature costs more to design than the one before it.
Designs developers cannot build
Beautiful mockups with no error states, no empty states, and no responsive behaviour turn into rework halfway through the sprint.
What We Do
What's
included
Website & E-Commerce UI/UX
Interfaces designed around the path to purchase or enquiry, with the layout, hierarchy, and content structure that actually supports it.
Mobile App UI/UX
Native-feeling interfaces that respect iOS and Android conventions, designed for one-handed use and tested at real device sizes.
SaaS & Enterprise UX
Making dense, complex workflows learnable: information architecture, navigation, data-heavy screens, and role-specific views.
Design Systems & UX Audits
Reusable component libraries with documented states and tokens, plus audits of existing products that come back as a prioritised list of fixes.
Process
How we
deliver
Research & Discovery
Stakeholder interviews, user research, analytics review, and competitor teardowns to locate where the real problems are.
Information Architecture
Content structure, user flows, and navigation mapped and agreed before a single screen gets designed.
Interface Design & Prototype
High-fidelity screens and clickable prototypes covering loading, error, and empty states — not just the happy path.
Handoff & Build Support
Developer-ready files with specs, tokens, and components, plus design review during development so what ships matches what was approved.
Tech Stack
What we
build with
We pick tools that are stable, well supported, and easy to hire for — so your project is never dependent on one person's favourite framework.

Industries
Who we
build for
Sectors where software carries real operational weight.
Why Zylience
How we
work
One team, start to finish
The people who scope your project are the ones who build it. Design, engineering, and launch happen under one roof — no subcontracting, no handoff to a team you never met.
You own everything
Source code, infrastructure, and accounts are in your name, with documentation at handover. Nothing about how we work locks you into staying with us.
AI-native by default
We build automation into what we deliver wherever it removes real work from your team — not because it belongs on a brochure.
Built for the version after this one
We architect for where the product is going, not just what ships this quarter, and we stay available after launch to keep it moving.
Engagement
Two ways to
work with us
Pricing follows scope, so we quote after discovery — not from a rate card that would be wrong for your project.
Model 01
Project-Based
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
Best when you know what needs building and want cost certainty. Covers discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and a post-launch support window.
- Quoted after discovery
- Milestone-based delivery
- Support window included
Model 02
Dedicated Team
A monthly retainer for continuous work on your product.
Best for evolving scope and long-term product development. You get a consistent team that knows your codebase, and you scale up or down with a month's notice.
- Monthly rolling
- Scale up or down
- Direct access to the team
UI/UX Design FAQ
Questions,
answered
01What is the difference between UI and UX?
UX is how the product is structured and how the flow works — what goes where, and in what order. UI is the visual layer: type, colour, spacing, and components. A product needs both, and good UI on a broken flow still fails.
02Do you only design, or can you build it too?
Both. Most clients have us design and build, which removes the handoff gap entirely. We also take design-only engagements and hand off to your developers.
03Can you redesign our existing product?
Yes. We start with a UX audit identifying what is costing you conversions or support tickets, then redesign in priority order rather than attempting a risky all-at-once rewrite.
04Do you do user research?
Yes, scaled to the project. Analytics and heuristic review at minimum, with interviews or usability testing where the decisions are big enough to justify the time.
05Is accessibility included?
Yes. Colour contrast, keyboard navigation, focus states, and semantic structure are part of the design rather than a later fix. We target WCAG 2.2 AA.
06What do we actually receive at the end?
Figma files with organised components and styles, a clickable prototype, documented states and responsive behaviour, and exported assets — everything your developers need to build without guessing.
