01Should we build custom software or buy an off-the-shelf product?
Off-the-shelf wins when your process is standard. If a product already solves your problem, we will tell you.
02How much does custom software cost?
It scales with scope — a focused internal tool is a fraction of a full ERP. We break work into phases so you get a working system early rather than paying for everything before seeing anything.
03Who owns the code?
You do. Full source code, documentation, and infrastructure access are handed over. There is no technical lock-in to us.
04Can you integrate with the software we already use?
Yes. Most projects involve connecting to existing accounting, CRM, or operations tools through their APIs. Where a system has no API, we look at database-level or scheduled file-based integration.
05What happens to our existing data?
Migration is part of the project. We map old data to the new model, run test migrations, and verify record counts and integrity before cutover, so nothing is lost in the switch.
06How do you handle security and access control?
Role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and environment isolation are standard on every build. Where you have specific compliance requirements, we design to them.
