MVP Development
Get your product in front of real users in weeks
A focused first version with the features that actually prove your idea — built on architecture that survives contact with growth, not a prototype you have to throw away.
The Problem
What usually
goes wrong
Building too much before launch
Months spent on features nobody validated is the most reliable way to run out of money before finding product-market fit.
Prototypes that have to be rewritten
Speed bought with shortcuts becomes a full rewrite the moment you get traction. The first version should be able to grow into the real one.
No technical team yet
Founders without a technical co-founder need a partner who makes architecture decisions and pushes back, not one who just takes orders.
Nothing to show investors
A live product with real users on it is a fundamentally different conversation from a deck and a set of mockups.
What We Do
What's
included
MVP Scoping & Prioritisation
Cutting the roadmap down to what genuinely tests your core assumption, with everything else scheduled honestly for after launch.
Rapid MVP Build
A working, deployed product with the core flow, authentication, payments, and analytics in place — typically inside 6 to 12 weeks.
Investor-Ready Prototypes
Clickable, demo-safe builds for fundraising conversations when the full product is not ready to put in front of users yet.
Post-Launch Iteration
Analytics on real usage, then fast iteration cycles driven by what users actually do rather than what everyone assumed they would.
Process
How we
deliver
Scope & Assumption Mapping
We identify the riskiest assumption in your business and cut scope to what tests it. The hard conversations about what to leave out happen here.
Design Sprint
Core flows designed and prototyped in days rather than weeks, so the build starts against a clear and agreed target.
Build in Two-Week Cycles
A deployed, usable build at the end of every cycle, so progress is continuous and changing direction stays cheap.
Launch & Learn
Analytics instrumented from day one, real users onboarded, and the next iteration planned from actual behaviour.
Tech Stack
What we
build with
We pick tools that are stable, well supported, and easy to hire for — so your project is never dependent on one person's favourite framework.

Industries
Who we
build for
Sectors where software carries real operational weight.
Why Zylience
How we
work
One team, start to finish
The people who scope your project are the ones who build it. Design, engineering, and launch happen under one roof — no subcontracting, no handoff to a team you never met.
You own everything
Source code, infrastructure, and accounts are in your name, with documentation at handover. Nothing about how we work locks you into staying with us.
AI-native by default
We build automation into what we deliver wherever it removes real work from your team — not because it belongs on a brochure.
Built for the version after this one
We architect for where the product is going, not just what ships this quarter, and we stay available after launch to keep it moving.
Engagement
Two ways to
work with us
Pricing follows scope, so we quote after discovery — not from a rate card that would be wrong for your project.
Model 01
Project-Based
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
Best when you know what needs building and want cost certainty. Covers discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and a post-launch support window.
- Quoted after discovery
- Milestone-based delivery
- Support window included
Model 02
Dedicated Team
A monthly retainer for continuous work on your product.
Best for evolving scope and long-term product development. You get a consistent team that knows your codebase, and you scale up or down with a month's notice.
- Monthly rolling
- Scale up or down
- Direct access to the team
MVP Development FAQ
Questions,
answered
01How long does an MVP take?
Most take 6 to 12 weeks. The variable is scope rather than speed — the fastest way to launch sooner is to cut features, and we will push you to.
02What should go into the MVP?
Only what tests your riskiest assumption. If you are unsure people will pay, that is signup and payment. If you are unsure they will return, that is the core loop and notifications. Admin panels, settings screens, and integrations almost always wait.
03Will we have to rebuild it later?
Not if it is built properly. We use production-grade architecture from the start, so the MVP is a small version of the real product rather than a disposable prototype. What changes later is scope, not foundations.
04Do you take equity instead of fees?
We work on a paid basis. It keeps incentives clear and means we can commit to your timeline rather than fitting you in around paying work.
05Do we own the code?
Entirely. The repository, infrastructure, and third-party accounts are in your name from day one.
06Can you keep building after launch?
Yes. Most MVP clients continue on a monthly dedicated-team basis, which is usually faster and cheaper than hiring a full in-house team in the first year.
